Does Starlink have a Live Chat?
No, unfortunately, Starlink does not have a Live Chat support function. Just like how Starlink does not have a phone number for support. If you need support for Starlink, the best place is via your account and submitting a support ticket. Usually, and we mean usually, Starlink support is quick and helpful. However, sometimes it can be a bit hit-and-miss depending on your issue.
We always recommend that you are:
- Clear about your issue and explain it in detail. Short responses often get automated replies and are not addressing your issue.
- Be polite. Aggressive responses or submitting in all caps will not win you any favours and could delay your support ticket request.
- Be responsive when there is a reply. If you get a reply, get to ASAP as you know someone is on and monitoring your ticket.
- Be appreciative because sometimes you can get compensation for your issue (like a free month or 2).
